Live at Lost Rabbit

Where living feels simple

Living in Lost Rabbit means being part of a thoughtfully designed, master-planned community unlike anything else in Central Mississippi. From the beginning, the vision was to create a place with a true sense of character where architecture, landscape, and community life come together to form a neighborhood that feels both timeless and distinct. Homes throughout Lost Rabbit reflect classic Southern and coastal influences, with inviting porches, walkable streets, and carefully crafted designs that avoid the look and feel of cookie-cutter subdivisions.

The neighborhood is defined as much by its natural surroundings as its homes. Lost Rabbit sits alongside federally protected woodlands and offers more than a mile of shoreline along the Ross Barnett Reservoir. The setting creates a quiet refuge where nature remains part of daily life. Residents enjoy morning walks beneath towering pines, afternoons on the water, and evenings watching the sunset stretch across the reservoir. At the same time, the community was designed for connection, with a walkable layout, a marina, gathering spaces, and a growing Town Center that brings neighbors together.

Much of the neighborhood has already taken shape, but the story of Lost Rabbit continues to unfold. New homes, future lots, and additional amenities will continue to build on the original vision. Each addition is carefully planned to preserve the character, pace, and natural beauty that make Lost Rabbit such a special place to call home.
